These policies apply to purchases and bookings made through Original Success Journal (OSJ©) and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We want you to receive your OSJ products in excellent condition.

If your OSJ Journal, book or other physical product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

To qualify for consideration for a return or refund:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, unless the return relates to damage or a fault.
• Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Before any return is accepted, you must contact us through the website chat function.
• You must provide a clear photograph of the packaging and the damaged or faulty product through the chat function.
• We will review the information provided and make a decision on whether the return is authorised.
• Do not return an item before receiving authorisation from us.

If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions regarding where and how the product should be returned.

OSJ products are supplied directly from our publisher/fulfilment provider. Depending on the circumstances, you may therefore be asked to return the product directly to the publisher rather than to OSJ.

Please do not send products to an address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or other appropriate remedy applies.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

We understand that circumstances can change.

For paid OSJ workshops, courses, seminars, networking events and other bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event to qualify for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not normally qualify for a refund.

Failure to attend an event without cancelling within the required period will be treated as non-attendance and will not normally qualify for a refund.

Where an event is cancelled by OSJ, or where we are unable to provide the booked event, we will provide an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Where different cancellation terms are specifically stated on an individual event booking page, those terms will apply to that event.

Some OSJ events may be advertised as FREE for OSJ Journal Holders.

Where an event is described as free for OSJ Journal Holders:

• the attendee must meet the stated eligibility requirements;
• proof of OSJ Journal ownership may be requested;
• places may be limited;
• free places have no cash value; and
• a free place cannot normally be transferred or exchanged for another product or service.

Specific event conditions will be displayed when booking.

OSJ physical products are dispatched directly from our publisher or fulfilment provider.

Delivery times and postage charges will be displayed during the purchase process where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by postal services, couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your product arrives damaged, please follow the Returns & Refunds procedure above and contact us through the website chat function before returning the item.

The OSJ website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• operate the website;
• remember preferences;
• improve website performance;
• understand how visitors use the website;
• measure marketing and advertising activity; and
• provide certain website functions.

Where required, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies are used.

OSJ workshops, courses and events may take place at different venues and locations.

The venue, date, time, duration, price and any special requirements will be provided on the relevant booking page or booking confirmation.

Some events may use a "Secret Location" arrangement. Where this applies, the location will be provided to confirmed attendees and must not be publicly shared unless OSJ gives permission.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, trainers, speakers, volunteers and venue staff.

OSJ reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee where their behaviour is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate.

OSJ events are prhohibited from being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional, educational, social media, website and archival purposes.

Where appropriate, attendees will be informed that photography or recording is taking place.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or recordings, please notify the event organiser.

Where specific consent is legally required, appropriate consent will be obtained.

We want OSJ events and services to be accessible wherever reasonably possible.

If you have an accessibility requirement, please contact us before booking or as soon as possible after booking, so that we can discuss reasonable arrangements with you and, where appropriate, the venue.

If you are unhappy with a product, service, booking or event, please contact us through the contact details or chat function provided on the OSJ website.

We will aim to investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable period.

Please provide your order or booking details where applicable so that we can investigate the matter efficiently.

Nothing within these policies is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable UK consumer or data protection law.

Where the law provides you with rights that are more favourable than the terms stated above, your statutory rights will apply.
